A makerspace is a community workshop club and physical space where members share tools, materials, resources, ideas and effort. It's also a place for socialising and having fun.

What do people do in a makerspace?

• Share – space, tools, materials, resources, ideas and effort
• Collaborate – work with other like minded people
• Create – make fun and interesting things
• Learn – ask questions and let people help you
• Teach – help some one learn something new
• Socialise – relax, chat, eat, drink, and have fun in a comfortable environment
• Have fun – self-explanatory :)
